Returns & Exchanges Policy – ROBSON STYLE LTD

At ROBSON STYLE LTD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please read our return and exchange policy carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging, including tags and accessories.
Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return.

2. How to Return an Item

Contact us at payment@robsonstyle.com to request a return.
Include your order number and reason for the return.
We will provide you with the return instructions and shipping address.
Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us at payment@robsonstyle.com.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
You may need to return the original item first before receiving the replacement.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
Provide a photo of the item and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
